there's no such thing as "customers is always right"
it doesnt mean that u can act RUDE if you're the customers.
u must first show others some respects FIRST before u gain respects frm others.
the term "customers is always right" is definitely not a license fr u to be rude.

whats so special about u till u hv the rights to be that rude?
ur money, ur status, ur prestige?
